J’nelle is a spiritual soul who makes her meditation practices a priority in her daily routine. This time of reflection allows her to focus on aspects she would like to change, as she is committed to the process of personal growth. Although she appreciates her quiet time, J’nelle also enjoys being active in sports and the performing arts. She was a member of the Real Mona Football Club and the Jamaica Musical Theatre Company. She is particularly proud of her involvement in JMTC because of the fact that proceeds from performances go to a number of charities such as SOS Children’s Village, AIDS and Lupus organizations.
J’nelle and Miss Jamaica World: J’nelle sees the competition as a gateway to being a more confident and open person. So far she has noticied the many positive changes that the experience is facilitating. She thinks she would do well in the role of Miss Jamaica World because of her compassionate nature and ability to listen. She would use her position to help disabled and homeless children.
