There will be 16 finalists in the MJW 2007 Pageant. Members of the public will be invited to vote for the finalist of their choice by going onto the MJW website at www.missjamaicaworld.com where they will be guided to a ‘Public Vote’ page and instructed to vote for the finalist who is their choice to be Miss Jamaica World 2007 by clicking on the image of that finalist. Voting will be restricted to one vote per computer per day.
Voters on the MJW website will have to fill out an information form before being able to vote. The required information will include the voter’s name, address and contact telephone number and the correctly completed MJW slogan.
The cut-off time for voting will be Saturday August 18, after the announcement of the Top 10 Finalists but before the announcement of the Top 5 Finalists, during the actual staging of the Pageant Finals (Grand Coronation Show).
Prize winners must have all of Spartan’s MJW Public Vote “Pick the Winner” Competition advertisements published in the Gleaner’s Flair Magazine on Monday July 30, Monday August 6 and Monday August 13 with them when they come to collect their prize. Prize winners residing outside of Jamaica must have a copy of the Public Vote “Pick the Winner” advertisement, to be found at www.missjamaicaworld.com, with them when they go to collect their prize.
Employees of RJR Communications Group, RE-TV, The Gleaner Co. Ltd., Interlinc Communications and Spartan Health Club will not be eligible to enter.
