These prizes will be awarded to the winners in the Competition at a public presentation within one week of identifying and notifying the winners. It is the intention of Spartan Health Club to adhere to the timetable set out in the subsection-Date of Selection of Winners.
If the winner of the Competition resides outside of Jamaica, he or she will be required to claim the prize at the nearest Air Jamaica office.
If identifying and/or notifying a winner proves futile after all efforts have been exhausted or if the winner having been identified and notified fails to come forward to collect his or her prize within 60 days, the prize won will be forfeited. The method to be used to identify and/or notify a winner will first be by calling the contact telephone number on
the winner’s information form and, if that fails, to visit the listed address on the winner’s information form.
